The Limited Add-A-Room offers an exceptional outdoor experience while keeping you bug-free. Transform your awning into a spacious private room, practically doubling your living space. Roll up the privacy panels to enjoy the fresh air or roll them down for added privacy. This LTD Room enclosure is completely reversible, allowing you to position the privacy panels on the inside or outside depending on weather conditions.

When ordering, measure the center-to-center distance between your awning arms and select the corresponding room size. Please note that the actual room size will be 15" smaller than the ordered size, ensuring a better fit under the awning fabric. For example, the 13' Limited Room has an actual size of 11' 9".

The Limited Add-A-Room stands out with its impressive features: heavy-duty YKK zippers, reinforced 1000 denier vinyl fabric, and privacy panels that zip together. The three-foot zippered door can be positioned on either end of the front panel. All grommets are reinforced with webbing, and nickel-plated twist fasteners secure the side panels, which are screwed into the RV and skirting. Optional Snapless Side Panels are also available.

This versatile room is designed to fit most straight-sided RVs with an awning rail-to-ground dimension of 100" to 138". It includes a storage bag and is backed by a One Year Limited Warranty covering 100% of parts and freight.
